Nightlink is a county-wide freephone listening service for anyone who has or is experiencing emotional distress. You do not need to be in crisis to call Nightlink but may just want someone to talk to in confidence.

The service is available daily from 5pm to midnight.

Nightlink offers listeneing, support, understanding, respect and encouragement.
