Training and Therapy Centre
Therapy Room
This is where we do most of our psychotherapy with individuals and couples, although it's big enough to hold a group too. It's a calming room with neutral earthy colours and comfortable matching sofas.
Training and Group Room
This is a bright and warm room, with double doors leading to our decked area for some alfresco coffee breaks or a sunny break-away area. For training we have very comfy meeting chairs, and for group therapy and meditations we have nine giant beanbags (seeing is believing). We also have a rather large freestanding punch bag and martial arts mats, which we use for therapeutic work, including trust building exercises and anger work. The whole room comes alive with our colour changing led lights and our high end sound system, both of which are active during all of our meditations. We have a further break-away room in our own personal kitchen (when sitting outside is out of the question), so for training purposes we have a total of three seperate spaces to work in.

Utilities
We have a fully equiped kitchen, including an espresso maker for those die-hard coffee drinkers. Its small but perfectly formed, and of course clean and fresh, just like our bathroom. Outside we have a decked area as already mentioned, with a patio dining set and some bar stools to sit on whilst you sip on your drink and bask away in our lovely Cornish sunshine.
